Orders are tracked via Total Orders and Orders by Product. Learn how you can navigate these options on Focal.
Total Orders
You can access this by going to Reports > See All > Orders, or by clicking the Total Orders widget on the Dashboard. This takes you to the “Orders” page, where you can view details about all your product orders.
Find Specific Orders or Switch Views
Clicking the ⚙️Settings icon for an item on the Orders page shows you options for viewing transaction details, order items, and associated order fees.
Use Filter Options
Narrow down or broaden your list by using different filter options available to you. You can filter by:

Marketplace
-
Type
-
Date Range
-
Start Date
-
End Date
-
Finance Updated View
-
Marketplace Status
Click Search to apply your filters.
Create Cost Update Schedule
Having an effective cost update schedule serves the purpose of maintaining accurate and up-to-date cost details for your products whenever necessary. You can easily set it for a product by clicking 🔔Create Cost Update Schedule.
On the little pop-up screen, select the product for schedule from the dropdown menu, set the start and end dates, and enter the updated cost price.
Add a Manual Order
To create a manual order, click the + Add Manual Order button. On the pop-up display that appears, enter the order and payment details.

Note: When you click the down arrow button beside “Save”, you can choose to:

Save & Export as PDF

Other options:

Export: Click this button to download a.xlsx copy of your orders with complete order details

Add to Favorites: Click this button to add to your favorite reports list, which you can access by going to Reports > Favorites.
Orders by Product
You can access this by going to Reports > See All > Orders > Orders by Product or clicking the Units Sold widget on the Dashboard. The "Orders by Product" tab displays all the order details for each product in your inventory, as the name suggests.
Set your filters to narrow down the products you want to investigate. Click Search to apply them.
